| About the Staff at Camp Monroe |

Camp Monroe prides itself on the staff we employ.
Our adult staff is comprised of over 40 adult administrators who are professional educators, guidance counselors and instructors. Additionally we go out of our way to hire counselors who are mature, capable, warm, fun loving, young adults. Some have grown up at our camp, some have heard of our camp from friends and relatives, and some come to us through our extensive recruitment search.
Our staff comes from the US and countries around the world. All of our staff are treated with respect and love - they become part of the Camp Monroe family.
We are always looking for talented caring individuals to be bunk counselors or instructors. Working at camp can be described as the "toughest job you will ever love" -it is exciting, rewarding, tiring, and lots of fun. You can have an immeasurable positive influence on the lives of children and develop great, lifetime friendships with other staff from around the corner and around the world.
