Doug Kralstein is the athletic director and has been coming to Camp Monroe for thirteen summers. He has a bachelor's and master's degree from Binghamton University. "Over the years, one of my favorite parts of camp was playing, and eventually coaching in many different intercamp tournaments. Now, I couldn't be more excited to oversee and direct them. Sports has always been a huge part of my life, and I love instructing campers in all of the sports we offer.
