Adult Staff Bio's

Our adult staff play a key role at Camp Monroe and is one of the many reasons parents continue to trust us with their most prized possession - THEIR CHILDREN. We go out of our way to make sure that we hire mature, capable, warm, fun loving, young adults. Some have grown up at our camp, some have heard of our camp from friends and relatives, and some come to us through our extensive recruitment search. From year to year we retain almost all of our wonderful adult staff consisting of over 40 teachers, parents, and educational professionals. They provide a comfort and security that pervades Camp Monroe and they are the backbone of our camp. Our staff comes from the US and from countries around the world. All of our staff are treated with respect and love for they are an integral part of the Camp Monroe family.
